Mango salad. Ensalda de mango.
I have to admit I was a little hesitant about this (fruit +vinegar?) but of course as are many new recipes, I loved it.
This recipe is super easy, super healthy, and super cheap (if you have a mango tree0 outside).
You will need:
6-8 Mangos
Salt
Pepper
1 Cup vinegar
Peal the skin off your mangoes. Then cut your mangos up in but size pieces or it long wedges.
Pour about a cup of vinegar and 3T of salt and a pinch of pepper on the mango pieces. Stir and taste. At this point you may need more of the three ingredients. If so, just throw a bit more it. If you have too much of any of these ingredients you will need to add more mangoes.
